Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Sprout Squad account whenever you like, right from the app.

In the app

Open Sprout Squad and go to the Me tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Tap Delete forever to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile: display name, avatar and email sign-in
Everything you’ve logged
Kudos you’ve sent and received
Your membership in every squad

This happens straight away and can’t be undone. Squads you were in keep going for the other members; a squad with nobody left in it is removed.

Can’t get into the app? Email hello@sproutsquad.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll do it and confirm by email.
